Rintaro Tamaki, head of the Finance Ministry's International Bureau, will become Japan's next top financial diplomat in charge of international affairs and currency issues, the ministry said Friday. Tamaki, 55, will take up the post of vice minister for international affairs on July 14, succeeding Naoyuki Shinohara, the ministry said. Read the full story
